VIO Med Spa is an award-winning medical spa franchise with 22 open locations, specializing in aesthetic medicine and wellness for men and women. With up to 20 more locations projected to open in 2023, the growing franchise needed a robust messaging solution that not only streamlined communications but helped manage cancellations and no-shows.


The Challenge


As VIO MedSpa couldn't see all messages exchanged with guests, they struggled with cancellations and no-shows as guests claimed they never received the text reminders.
